Glacier Nat Park, Day 2, The Red Bus

We took a tour on the red bus. These buses have been giving tours in Glacier since the early 1900’s. They are the same iconic body but have been totally refurbished.

First stop Lake McDonald Lodge. Before the roads were completed in the park visitors came by boat across Lake McDonald to the lodge.

Back in the bus we headed up the road to the sun to the Logan Pass visitor center. This tour is just up to the top and back down, about 4 hours.

This park is very beautiful, pictures just don’t do it justice.
